With breathtaking views over the ocean, Turtle Island and St. Jean’s Bay, this five-bedroom, two-swimming pool estate is the perfect place for a getaway with family or friends in St. Barths.
Nestled on the heights of the quiet Mont-Jean neighborhood, villas ARROW MARINE and ALPHANE are contemporary and very comfortable. The high-quality materials and the wide spaces of the two houses come with bright colors from white to pearl gray in a cozy atmosphere perfect to read or sip a cocktail while admiring the breathtaking ocean view. Each villa has its own kitchen with breakfast bar; villa ARROW’s one also features lovely green stools, which provides a pleasant pop color to the cozy setting.
The terraces of this luxurious complex are swept by the gentle breeze that blows over St. Barths. ARROW MARINE villa's front terrace features a very comfortable outdoor lounge facing a breathtaking view over the bay, and a back terrace seeming to be a true tropical paradise around a splendid semicircular swimming pool set among palm trees and local shrubs, as well as a lovely outdoor dining area. There are elegant sun loungers for sunbathing sessions, and you can cool off any time under the outdoor shower located close to the pool. - - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.
