Nestled in the heights of Grand Fond, the charming rental villa APIANO is a four-bedroom property with a beautiful view over the Grand Fond valley and the sparkling ocean in the distance. Set in the heart of the lush tropical vegetation, villa APIANO is a true paradise for an unforgettable stay in St-Barths.
The Caribbean-style villa APIANO is built on a typical architecture with several bungalows and bright colors around a central terrace. The decor is warm, furnished with carved and sculpted wooden furniture. The comfortable living room welcomes guests around a majestic grand piano that music lovers will marvel at. Sofas, armchairs, cushions and silky fabrics dress this very cozy space coming with wainscoted walls. The terracotta-colored tile floor brings a pleasant feeling of comfort. The kitchen is large and spacious, with all the necessary equipment to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed around the large rectangular wooden table for eight guests under the covered terrace, that you can access through a large opening from the living room.
Outside, the Caribbean-style terrace is a true haven of peace and beauty: comfortable seating, a stone garden setting, nice shrubs, palm trees, lounge chairs under the covered terrace, an oval-shaped coffee table, a pleasant hammock, and dark green cushions in the vegetal environment. There is a lovely swimming pool located in the center of the terrace, for delightful moments of relaxation under St-Barths’ sun in this very private and idyllic scenery. The view over the green hills and the deep blue ocean is breathtakingly beautiful, and you will feel as if you were alone in the world in this green setting, gently lulled by the charm of the Caribbean.

Terms of booking:

- The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.

Cancellation policies:

- In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.

Renowned for its beauty and incredible crystal-clear waters, the Grand Fond natural pool is a magnificent site located on the west coast of Saint-Barths. Accessible after a 15-minute walk between the cliffs from Grand Fond beach, the place, battered by the winds of the Atlantic Ocean, opens onto a wonderful panorama. The hike is over slippery terrain and the water is shallow, so you and your friends or family should be careful. In the middle of the rocks, the water is transparent, in the perfectly preserved, wild environment. What does the price include?

All our properties for rent propose a wide range of amenities, however it varies according to the type of villa. Please check the precise list of amenities in each property to know exactly what the villa you’ve chosen includes. For example, it may be a villa with a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a gazebo, a fitness room, a tropical garden, a professional kitchen, king size beds, an air-conditioned lounge… Prices may be different regarding all these types of services.

What is the booking process?

First you have to choose the villa you wish to stay in on www.myvillainstbarth.com.
After you’ve chosen your villa, please contact our booking service who’ll manage your request.
You can get in touch with us through the website, once you’ve selected your dates and you’ve clicked on the “Book” button.

First you’ll have to sign the contract, then pay a deposit (30% of the amount, and 50% for the festive period) to secure your reservation. As soon as the deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed.
The balance is due 60 days (90 days for the festive period) prior to arrival.

A reminder notice will be sent seven days prior to the deadline for the final payment. Payments can be made via credit card, wire transfer.

Please be aware that villas enforce strict cancellation policies. It is strongly advised to purchase trip insurance upon booking to safeguard your interests.

How many people can stay in a villa booked ?

Villas typically limit occupancy to double occupancy per bedroom, allowing only 2 guests per bedroom. While it may be feasible to include one additional guest beyond the listed maximum occupancy, approval from the owner is an obligation. Additional guests may incur charges for an extra rollaway bed and/or surcharge. Each property has its own set of regulations and requirements.
Please be aware that infants and children are counted as guests and should be included in the total party size. It is important not to assume that children are exempt from the guest count when making reservations.

What is the minimum stay in a villa ?

Usually, villas require guests to stay for a minimum of 5 to 7 nights. This is due to the extensive time, costs and resources needed to prepare the property for the next guest, a process that differs significantly from hotels. Consequently, villas necessitate longer stays compared to hotels.
During the Christmas and holiday seasons, villas may enforce a minimum stay requirement of up to 14 nights.
Occasionally, properties may consider waiving the minimum night stay requirement if your travel dates are within 45 days or fit into an availability gap.

Can I wash my clothes at the villa ?

Each of our villas is equipped with a washing machine, and the majority also feature a dryer. However, these appliances are primarily designated for use by the housekeeper for household laundry tasks, with a few exceptions. Notably, villas in St. Barts typically do not provide accessible washers or dryers.
Access to these appliances is generally restricted due to liability concerns and insurance policies. Misuse of the washing machine and dryer can result in flooding and other liabilities, hence the restriction is in place for the mutual benefit of our guests and villa owners.
Recognizing the importance of having laundry facilities available during your vacation to lessen packing burdens, the housekeepers are typically willing to assist with your laundry needs for a nominal additional fee, which can be arranged during your stay at the villa. We also recommend reaching out to your concierge to inquire about the possibility of accessing these facilities.
