Nestled on the hillside, the villa is built in a traditional style on one level in the middle of a lovely garden. Recently renovated, the living room of villa ALWAYS is very quiet in a serene and relaxing atmosphere. It is air-conditioned and comfortably furnished with a sofa facing an opening onto the terrace. At the back of this cozy space, there is the dining room that can accommodate up to eight guests around a beautiful table. The kitchen is very well-equipped to cook Caribbean culinary specialties and prepare delicious drinks.

- - The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
- - The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of the deposit by the Agency.
- - The balance will be settled 60 days prior to arrival (special conditions for the festive period).
- - For bookings made less than 60 days before the date of arrival, the Tenant must pay the total cost of the rental at the time of booking.
- - No reservation will be considered confirmed before receipt of the deposit by the Agency and the signature of the rental contract.
- - Note : The Tenant undertakes to pay a deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the amount of the rent at the time of booking.
Cancellation policies:
- - In case of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, no penalty will be applied to the tenant who will be reimbursed the full of his deposit, less the expenses of reimbursement.
- - In case of cancellation between 90 days and 60 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the deposit of 30%.
- - In case of cancellation less than 59 days before the date of arrival, the Agency will keep the entire amount of the rental.

Colombier beach can be accessed via two hiking trails along which you can enjoy the outstanding beauty of the island of St-Barths. One starts from Flamands, and the other from the Colombier belvedere. From here, you'll be hiking through St-Barths nature for around 20 to 30 minutes, during which you may come across a few turtles and goats along the way. Make sure you wear appropriate footwear, as the road is steep and sloping. And why not picnic along the way or upon arrival in the exceptional Colombier Bay.

Colombier's exceptionally beautiful beach is ideal for snorkeling enthusiasts. It can be reached by boat or walking via two paths, one starting from the Colombier belvedere and the other from Flamands via Petite Anse. Classified as a Nature Reserve, the site is home to many marine species: parrotfish, remora, coral fish, stingrays, moray and eels between the rocks and barracudas, as well as seagrass beds where green turtles take refuge. Closer to the reefs, the northern part of the beach is more quiet as there are less boats, and therefore more suitable for snorkeling.
